Hyundai Tours the U.S. with 14th Hope on Wheels Campaign

For the fourteenth year in a row, South Korean auto manufacturer Hyundai is launching its non-profit Hope on Wheels organization for a tour across the country to award grants totaling more than $3 million to 85 hospitals to aid in the fight against pediatric cancer. By the end of 2012, Hyundai expects to exceed $57 in total donations for the project, including over $10 million to support childhood cancer research at the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CA).

Would you rather live your life in a dull manner, or do you yearn to live brilliantly? South Korean auto manufacturer Hyundai is focused on drivers that prefer the latter option with its new worldwide "Live Brilliant" brand campaign. The goal of this campaign is to become the world's most beloved car company- not the largest. The campaign is part of the brand's new direction, "Modern Premium," which has a slogan of "New Thinking. New Possibilities." This direction was launched last year, but the new ad campaign will help it to realize its full potential.

This concept blends a 1.0-liter three-cylinder, generator-like engine with a 107 horsepower electric motor.

Of the advertisements, two were positioned during the pre-game celebrations, one was placed pre-kick, and two were aired during the game. Each witty commercial featured a distinct and unique message.

Gauging the Hyundai Equus' APEAL

As Hyundai continues to rake in award after award, it is becoming increasingly hard to deny their dominance in the U.S. market. The popular Korean automaker recently fared quite well in J.D. Power and Associates Automotive Performance, Execution, and Layout (APEAL) Study, proving, once again, that they're on the rise here in the United States.

You don't have to be an auto industry expert analyst to see Hyundai is growing by leaps and bounds. March's numbers alone have Hyundai outperforming all of their competitors for the first time ever. This upward growth isn't just a fluke, one time occurrence though. The Korean automaker's growth is, in fact, so aggressive that some industry experts forecast that they may become the world's third largest car maker, this…
